At BLKBRD SHOEMAKER, we take pride in our artisanal craftsmanship and want you to be perfectly satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted footwear doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 14-day return and exchange window for unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Email our concierge team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and a pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the shoes in their original dust bags and box, ensuring the soles are protected and all original accessories are included.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outer shipping carton and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master shoemakers verify the unworn condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
